• The submission of an entry is solely the responsibility of the entrant. Entries may only be made according to the method described above. Automated entries (including but not limited to entries submitted using any bot, script, macro, or contest service), copies, third party entries, facsimiles and/or mechanical reproductions are not permitted and will be disqualified. Mommy Reviewed further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, extend, or modify the contest if it is not capable of being completed as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, server crash, server host issues, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.

• Entrants are required to provide truthful, current, complete information in all contest entries and Mommy Reviewed will disqualify any entry that it believes, at its sole discretion, to be false or fraudulent. Mommy Reviewed will also disqualify and destroy any entry received from persons under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.
• Mommy Reviewed is not responsible for the prizes. The individuals/companies donating the product(s) will be mailing their product(s) to the winner(s). 
• Mommy Reviewed is not responsible for the items, timeliness of delivery, nor is Mommy Reviewed associated with any of the product owners in any way/shape/form.
• Mommy Reviewed is not responsible for lost/damaged prize(s). No substitution or compensation will be provided in such cases.
  
• Payments of all federal, state, and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners.
• If you live outside of the United States, you may be required to pay the shipping fee of the item(s) by the person/company donating the item. That is up to the person/company who provided the prize/item(s)/donation and is not the responsibility of Mommy Reviewed.
  
• Mommy Reviewed reserve the right to make changes in the rules of the contest/giveaway if needed due to any technical or other issues that will become effective upon announcement. 
• Failure to comply with the Contest/Giveaway rules may result in an entrant’s disqualification at the sole discretion of Mommy Reviewed.
  
• Contest/Giveaway prizes are not transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Other restrictions may apply, which is solely up to the person/company providing the product(s).
• In case of a dispute, Mommy Reviewed's decision is final.
• Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
  
• If the winner doesn't respond within time specified, prize will be awarded to an alternate winner.
• Mommy Reviewed will not be responsible for its inability to notify a Winner(s) because of outdated, incorrect, disconnected or any other technical or service problems with the Winner’s email address or other contact information.  Therefore, entrants are encouraged to keep their contact information current and to check their emails on or around the notice date as provided above.
  
• Mommy Reviewed does not sell, lease, rent, exchange or disclose your personally identifiable information (”Personal Information”) to third party marketers or any such persons that are not associated with the Mommy Reviewed. By entering, you are giving Mommy Reviewed permission to share your contact information that you provide with the vendors/sponsors.
• Winner(s) are chosen impartially by Random.org and posted here as soon as Mommy-ly possible upon the giveaway's conclusion.
• Mommy Reviewed is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering, or the administration of the mailing the prizes. And Mommy Reviewed is not associated with any of the companies/individuals donating the prizes.
• Mommy Reviewed is not responsible for improper use of prizes or any complications resulting from any use of these items thereafter.
• By entering a Contest/Giveaway, you agree not to hold Mommy Reviewed and the owner responsible for anything.
